So what do you think?
Sometimes u complain you're fat.. when you could have done something like exercise..
Sometimes you complain your skin sucks..when you could change ya eating habits...
Ya sometimes its easier said than done...been there done that..its definitely not easy to be determined and start doing things..when you see other ppl effortlessly look beautiful and they eat like a cow and they wash their face with handsoap and their hair with dish soap..yea..abit exagerrating..but there really some assholes lameass who is that lucky..sigh...
So..whatsup with this blog?? I tink im trying to be different..trying to blog about beauty and discuss about things alike..why not share the stuffs - be it makeup- your holygrail foundation or mascara...or maybe your fave facial wash or lotion..or even your best weight-losing diet...hmm sounds cool? Haha..i make it sounded like millions ppl are really gonna share things in this blog..nvm..lets dream big and hope high;)
Ok..lets talk about..hmm...yoga?
Yoga is a group of ancient spiritual practices possibly originating in India around 3300 BCE for the purpose of cultivating a steady mind..(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga)
Its basically a stretching exercise ...sort of mediating kind of relaxing exercise...
Ive been practising yoga for 3yrs almost..on and off...to be frank i dont really see any great improvement only until lately when i began doing it once every week..I always felt that it doesnt burn that much of fat..coz I usually do not sweat tat much as compared to running on a threadmill..maybe thats the reason they are introducing thermal yoga at some yoga studios..meaning they turn on the heaters during yoga sessions..yes..imagine you will be sweating all your celullites and spare-tyres away..worth the sweat huh?:P
Its definitely gonna help alot if you're born with great flexibility..Ive seen ppl who can bend easily without much pain..whereas ppls like me take years to really start being able to spread wide our legs...sigh..
If you wanna take up yoga classes, remember the first thing : you must get a good yoga mat...always feel the mat first before buying because most probably you will end up having that same mat for the rest of your life..trust me..you wont sanggup to buy another mat even when your current mat sucks...always buy the one that is soft and not hard..branded ones like Nike and Traxx is good but abit pricey..around RM50 to RM 70..sometimes places like Carrefour and Watsons sell cheap ones for about RM30bucks or lesser..its all up to your likings..to me..not much of difference;)
REMEMBER TO GET THE ONE THAT COMES WITH A BAG!!! You will realise this important factor when you start complaining when you are carrying the mat around in a small paperbag or whatever bag that doesnt seem to fit no matter what...so..get one with a bag or a string that holds them together for easy carriage..
The first few classes you will tend to get aches all around your hips..thighs ..arms..it will usually go off in a few days time..it will soon diminish once you are doing it regularly..for me it still hurts after vigorous bendings...but not as bad as the first year when i started doing it..

The basic and the first pose that will be taught to you will be the sun salutation ..it combines 12 postures performed in a smooth flow..usually the yogi teacher will require you to do it for 10times and when you get to higher level..they no longer go by times..they go by minutes...15mins?Try imagine how much you sweat doing that...:P
Happy yoga-ing!!
